The Grammy Award for Best Arrangement was first given out in 1959. It was awarded till 1962, in 1963 the award was split into two, Best Instrumental Arrangement Accompanying Vocalist(s) & Best Instrumental Arrangement. In 1976 another category was added to it called the Grammy Award for Best Vocal Arrangement for Two or More Voices.
